FlexMed allows the employer to sponsor an affordable fully insured group health plan for all employees. Unlike the traditional one-size-fits-all plans, FlexMed puts the employer in complete charge. The employer controls the rate by choosing the desired benefits from our extensive menu. The employer also decides how much of the employee cost to pay, if any. There is no participation requirement or formula to meet, as long as two employees remain enrolled.

Individuals and their eligible dependents, who are members in an approved association are eligible to enroll into the group plan issued to that association.
